Regional Agronomy Meetings
Provide Farmers and Agriculture Industry with Important Crop
Updates
If you make decisions on Ohio's Corn, Soybean and Wheat farms
make plans to attend the series of Regional Agronomy Meetings
held during December 15-18, 2003. Something new this year
is a Satellite Agronomy Program on January 15, 2003 that will
be downloaded to all Extension Offices in Ohio. The meetings
are hosted by Ohio's Agronomic Crops Team, Ohio State University
Extension, Ohio's Agri-businesses, Ohio Soybean Council and
Ohio Corn Growers.
The fast paced program will update farmers and agri-industry
on current agronomic topics of interest. Commercial and Private
PAT and Certified Crop Advisor are available for Mt. Vernon
(3.0 Pest Mgt., 1.5 Crop Mgt., and 0.5 Professional Development),
Wilmington (3.0 Pest Mgt., 2.0 Crop Mgt.), Williamsfield (3.0
Pest Mgt., 2.0 Crop Mgt.) and Lima (3.0 Pest Mgt., 1.5 Crop
Mgt., and 0.5 Professional Development).

Pre-registration costs are $25 if registration if received 7
days prior to the meeting date. At door registration is
$30 space permitting. Send check payable to Ohio State University
Extension to the appropriate location one week prior to meeting
date to pre-register. Registration includes lunch, program proceedings,
one agronomic publication, and other publications.
