What is C.O.R.N?
The Crop Observation and Recommendation Network Newsletter more widely know as the C.O.R.N Newsletter by our many users is a publication of Ohio State University Extension's Agronomic Crops Team. The newsletter is published on Tuesday's of each week April through October with the latest management practices and pest control information for our farm and agronomic business community to use in making decisions that affect profitability and productivity in growing crops in Ohio. During the non growing season the newsletter is published every 2 weeks with the latest research information from Ohio State University researchers, other land grant colleges and industry which is used to plan for the next cropping season.

The Agronomic Crops Team is a group of Ohio State University professionals located at county, state and research station facilities throughout the major corn, soybean and wheat of Ohio. How can I unsubscribe to the newsletter?
If you no longer wish to receive the newsletter please follow these steps:
- Using your favorite email client (Eudora, Thruderbird, Entourage or Microsoft Outlook), compose an email message.
- On the To: field, type the following email address: corn-out-new-unsubscribe@ag.ohio-state.edu .
- Leave the Subject field and the Body of the email blank.
- Submit the email.
After you submit the email, you will be getting an email message from our newsletter system indicating that your email address have been removed from the Subscriber list. If you do not receive an email from our system within 24 hours. please contact:

How often do I receive the newsletter?
A total of 40 plus issues are release each year. During the growing season April through October the publication is weekly released on Tuesday's. During the none growing season the publication is twice monthly.
Are there any other ways to receive the latest issue from the C.O.R.N. Newsletter?
Yes there is. Our newsletter issues can be view using RSS feed as well. Our servers are programed to deliver the latest content every hour and to provide you with the latest information on Agronomy, Soil Sciences, Plant Pathology, and other areas related to Agriculture.
What RSS stands for?
RSS stands for Really Simple Syndication. For more information about RSS feeds, such as definition, History and how it works may be found at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/RSS.
What devices support RSS feeds?
Now days mostly any handheld device as well as desktop and laptop computers and smart phones support RSS feeds. This is, and of course, depending of the Operating System you are running on your laptop or desktop computer, email clients, third party applications and web browsers.
As follow, here is a brief list of devices, applications as well as web portals that support RSS feeds:
